Measure around the widest part of your chest.

From a standing position, measure from the crotch down the inside leg to the floor.
GLOVES SIZING CHART
Interestingly enough, the circumference of the palm is almost always in proportion to the rest of your hand’s other measurements. This makes it particularly easy to find your size. Simply measure the circumference at the widest part of your hand (between your thumb and your other fingers) and read from our size chart below. Our gloves are made to run “true to size”, so we recommend buying the size you generally use.
