Shipping/Returns to Australia

Below are our shipping and returns policies:
Shipping cost: AU$16.
Delivery time: The standard delivery time is 5-7 working days. For express orders, the delivery time is 3 working days. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed, but it is generally very reliable. If you are in a hurry, please keep track of the shipment by the tracking number that you will receive by email the same day.
Returns: You can return your order within 30 days from delivery. You have to pay for the freight to our warehouse in Sweden. We can help you to find a carrier, but we cannot guarantee a specific price.

The 30 days are counted from the day the parcel is delivered until the day the return is left to the freight company.
Orders: We reserve the right to deny orders that are too big; please take care of our planet and only order what you need.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
